**1\. What is the refreshed Starbucks Rewards?**
Stars for Everyone (SFE) is our refreshed Starbucks Loyalty Program, now allowing you to earn Starbucks Rewards Stars through different payment methods.
**2\. How is the refreshed Starbucks Rewards - Stars for Everyone (SFE) different from existing program?**
"Stars for Everyone" program allows you to earn Stars using various payment methods:
- Earn 2 STARS for every RM1 spent (including tax and rounding) with Starbucks Card, Mobile App, Mobile Order & Pay (MOP), or Mobile Order to Table (MOT)
- Earn 1 STAR for every RM1 spent (including tax and rounding) with other payment methods, such as credit/debit cards, e-wallets, or cash.
**3\. Do I need to register to start earning Stars if I’m not a member?**
Registration is required to earn Stars. Registered Starbucks Rewards members are entitled to additional benefits, including birthday treats, special event invitations, exclusive offers, and more. Stars are earned by scanning a registered Starbucks Card, either physical or through the Starbucks Mobile App, during purchase.
**4\. Can I earn Stars without a Starbucks Card or Mobile App?**
To earn Stars, you must own a registered Starbucks Card or use the Starbucks Mobile App. If you do not have one, activate a Starbucks Card with a minimum value of RM10 at any Starbucks Malaysia store and register it immediately. Thereafter, Stars can be earned on purchases made via credit card, debit card, e-wallets, or cash, provided the Starbucks Card number is scanned during purchase.
**5\. What if I forget to scan my Starbucks Card or Mobile App before paying?**
If you forget to scan your Starbucks Card or Mobile App, Stars for that purchase unfortunately can’t be added manually.
**6\. Can I use multiple payment methods or split payments in one transaction and still earn Stars?**
No, you can only earn Stars with one payment method per transaction. Splitting payments between a Starbucks Card and another payment method is not allowed.
**7\. Can I use multiple Starbucks Cards in one transaction?**
No, only one (1) Starbucks Card can be used per single transaction.
**8\. What is the maximum balance limit for a Starbucks Card?**
The maximum balance for a Starbucks Card is RM5,000. Combining payments from multiple Starbucks Cards is not allowed.
**9\. Can I earn Stars when I activate or reload a Starbucks Card?**
No, activating or reloading a Starbucks Card does not qualify for earning Stars.
**10\. How do I join as member for the Starbucks Rewards?**
All you need to do is register your Starbucks Card via our website at starbucks.com.my/verify or mobile app and you will be automatically enrolled as a Starbucks Rewards member. It's that simple!
**11\. Is there any fee to join Starbucks Rewards?**
No joining fee or usage fee is required.
**12\. Why do I need to register my Starbucks Card?**

**14\. Can I still use my existing Starbucks Card for the refreshed Starbucks Rewards?**
Yes, you can still use your existing Starbucks Card to make purchases and earn Stars with the NEW Starbucks Rewards.
**15\. How many Starbucks Card can I register for a Starbucks Rewards account?**
An account can store up to a maximum of 50 Starbucks Cards at any given time.
**16\. How can I check my Starbucks Card balance?**
You can check your Starbucks Card balance at any Starbucks Malaysia store, via our website or mobile app. Your Starbucks Card balance will be stated on the receipt as well.
**17\. How can I update my Starbucks Rewards account particulars?**
You can update your Starbucks Rewards account particulars via our website or mobile app.
**18\. I've forgotten my login password, how do I retrieve my password?**
You can retrieve your password by resetting your password via our website or mobile app.
**19\. Can I re-register my Starbucks Card to another Starbucks Rewards account?**
No, a Starbucks Card can only be registered once. A Starbucks Card which is already associated with a Starbucks Rewards account can't be re-registered to another Starbucks Rewards account.
**20\. Can I return a Starbucks Card and request for a refund?**
No, a Starbucks Card purchased or received as a gift is non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
**21\. Will my Starbucks Card expire?**
A Starbucks Card shall expire if there is no purchase transaction recorded on the card for a continuous period of three (3) years from the date of the last purchase transaction or the date of initial activation, whichever is later. Upon expiry, the Starbucks Card shall be deemed invalid and will be automatically deactivated. Any remaining balance, including stored monetary value and Stars, shall be forfeited upon deactivation and shall not be refundable, transferable, or redeemable under any circumstances. Information on the expiry date of each Starbucks Card shall be made available through the Starbucks mobile application.
**22\. What special offers do Starbucks Rewards members receive?**
Starbucks Rewards offers are often specific to our members' preferences so you may see offers with details that are tailored just for you.
**23\. Do you offer e-Gift Cards?**

02MULTI-TIER REDEMPTION
**1\. How does “Multi-Tier Redemption” works?**
You can redeem your Stars based on specific tiers, each offering different rewards, i,e.
- 50 Stars: Free espresso shot, drizzle, syrup or Frappuccino chips
- 100 Stars: 50% off any handcrafted beverage (\*including promo beverage)
- 200 Stars: Free Food\* or a Tall-sized handcrafted beverage (\*excluding promo beverage)
- 250 Stars: Free slice of cake or a Grande-sized handcrafted beverage (\*including promo beverage)
- 300 Stars: 30% off merchandise or whole beans (\*excluding seasonal items)
- 500 Stars: Free limited-time offering (stay tuned for time-to-time update)
**2\. How do I redeem my Stars?**
Simply log in to your Starbucks Rewards account via the Starbucks MY Mobile App to convert your accumulated Stars into your preferred Rewards.
**3\. Can I redeem Stars converted Rewards at all Starbucks stores?**
Yes, you can convert your Stars to Rewards in the Starbucks MY Mobile App and redeem them at any Starbucks store in Malaysia.
**4\. Are there any restrictions on the types of rewards I can redeem?**
Certain rewards may vary by store availability, and some may be seasonal or limited time offering. Please check with our barista for more details.
**5\. What happens if my desired item is out of stock?**
If the item you wish to redeem is unavailable, you can choose another Reward of the same tier or save your Stars for future use.
**6\. How do I know if the converted rewards are available at my local store?**
Before converting your Stars to a Reward, please ask our barista to check the item’s availability at your preferred store.
**7\. Can I change my chosen reward after redeeming Stars?**
Once Stars are redeemed, the Reward cannot be reversed or refunded.
**8\. Can I return an item redeemed with a Reward?**
No, items redeemed with Stars cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for Stars.
**9\. What happens if I accidentally redeem the wrong Reward?**
Unfortunately, once Stars are redeemed, the transaction cannot be reversed. Please doublecheck your selection before confirming.
**10\. Can I redeem a Reward on behalf of someone else?**
No, Rewards are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.
**11\. Do I need to bring my physical Starbucks Card to redeem Rewards?**
You can redeem Rewards through the Starbucks MY Mobile App or your registered Starbucks Card. If you have not yet converted your Stars to a Reward, you will need to log in to the Starbucks MY Mobile App to do so first.
**12\. Do I need to inform the barista before redeeming a Reward?**
Yes, it is recommended to inform the barista of your intent to redeem a Reward and check stock availability before converting your Stars.
**13\. If I have converted my Stars to Rewards, how long is the validity?**
Each Reward is valid for 30 days from the date of conversion.
**14\. How many Rewards can I redeem per transaction?**
Only one (1) Reward redemption is permitted per transaction.
03STARS & REWARDS
**1\. What are Stars?**
Yes, you can convert your Stars to Rewards in the Starbucks MY Mobile App and redeem them at any Starbucks store in Malaysia
**2\. How do I earn Stars (points)?**
For every RM1 spent (including tax and rounding) using your Starbucks Card, you earn 2 STARS. The final STARS earned will be based on total Payment Amount.
Example:
- Subtotal = RM16.50
- Tax = RM0.99
- Rounding = RM0.01
- Total bill = RM17.50 (including Tax and Rounding)
- Total STARS earned: 17.50\*2 = 35 Stars
**3\. Can I earn Stars with other payment methods?**
Yes, you can earn Starbucks Rewards Stars using various payment methods. For every RM1 spent (including tax and rounding) using Credit Card, Debit Card, E-Wallet, or Cash, you earn 1 STAR. The final STARS earned will be based on total Payment Amount.
Example:

No, progressing Stars will never expire as long as your Starbucks Rewards account is active.

You can track your Stars earning from any Starbucks Malaysia store, via our website or mobile app.
**8\. My Stars is not captured after 24 hours, what should I do?**

**9\. Can I exchange my Stars earned for cash?**
No, Stars earned are not exchangeable for cash.
**10\. Can I still earn Stars if the system is offline?**
Yes, you can still earn Stars if the system is offline. You can settle your bill with any other payment method and ensure that your Starbucks Card is swiped by our Barista at the time of payment.
**11\. What are Bonus Stars / Star Dash, and how do I earn them?**
As a registered member, you may have the opportunity to earn Bonus Stars, usually through member-exclusive offers. These Stars are given out in addition to the Stars you earn while spending. There is also the Star Dash campaigns for both member and non-members to earn additional Stars for every RM1 they spend.
**12\. Do I need to pay for the modifier for my Reward?**
Yes, any modifiers for Reward redemptions must be paid for via Starbucks Card or Mobile App only.
**13\. How do I redeem my reward?**
You may walk into any Starbucks Malaysia store and inform our Barista that you would like to redeem your reward. You will be asked to present your Starbucks Card or Mobile App for record purpose, you may thereafter claim your reward.
**14\. Can I transfer my rewards to another Starbucks Card?**
No, rewards are non-transferable to another registered Starbucks Card account at this point of time.
**15\. Will my reward expire?**
Yes, every reward has validity of 30 days from date of issue. We strongly encourage you to track your rewards status from time to time via our website or mobile app.
**16\. What if I have an expired reward, can it be reinstated?**
No, expired rewards will be forfeited and will not be reinstated.

Starbucks Card is obtainable from any Starbucks Malaysia store, with a minimum activation starting from RM10.

No, Starbucks Card cannot be purchased via our website or mobile app at this point of time. However, if you do not have a physical Starbucks Card, you can still join Starbucks Rewards—a virtual Starbucks Card will be assigned to you upon completing your registration.
**3\. What is the minimum activation amount for a Starbucks Card?**
You can activate a Starbucks Card starting from RM10.
**4\. What is the maximum activation amount?**
A Starbucks Card can be activated with a maximum of RM5,000 only.

Sign in to our website or mobile app immediately to deactivate your Starbucks Card. Thereafter, you have 30 days to transfer any remaining balance from your lost Starbucks Card to another Starbucks Card.
**18\. Can I transfer my balance to another Starbucks Card?**
Yes, you can only transfer your balance to another Starbucks Card registered within the same account.
**19\. What if I don't have another Starbucks Card in my account?**
You may purchase (activate) a new Starbucks Card from any Starbucks Malaysia store and register the newly purchased (activated) Starbucks Card into your account. Thereafter, you may perform the balance transfer.
**20\. What if I do not manage to transfer my card balance within the 30 days given?**
The deactivated Starbucks Card will be permanently disabled and remaining balance will be forfeited.
