### HOW DO I JOIN C.CLUB?

Customers may enroll in the Claire's Rewards program online at [claires.com](http://claires.com/) or in participating Claire's retail stores.

### IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT TO SIGN UP FOR C.CLUB?

C.CLUB is open to legal residents of the United States who are 13 years of age or older. A valid email address is required to create a C.CLUB Account (“Rewards Account”).

### DO I NEED TO MAKE A PURCHASE IN ORDER TO JOIN C.CLUB?

No purchase is required to enroll in Claire's Rewards.

### IS THERE A FEE TO JOIN C.CLUB?

No. The Claire's Rewards program is free to join.

### I HAVE TWO OR MORE C.CLUB ACCOUNTS. CAN THESE BE COMBINED?

The Claire's Rewards program is limited to one Rewards account per individual. To the extent an additional account has been created in error, please contact our customer service team at [**customersupport@claires.com**](mailto:**customersupport@claires.com) to discuss your options for combining the accounts in accordance with our [Terms & Conditions](https://web.archive.org/web/20230322120312/https://www.claires.com/us/rewards-t-c.html).

Internet service and email providers often mistakenly send incoming emails to Spam/Bulk/Junk email folders. Please check to see if your email is in one of these folders. If you still cannot locate our email, it is possible that your email address was mis-keyed when you signed up. You can discontinue your Claire's Rewards account by logging into your online account on claires.com or on the Claire's app and accessing the preference section of your account settings, or by contacting customer service at [**customersupport@claires.com**](mailto:**customersupport@claires.com)

Your reward coupons will be displayed in your online account at claires.com, so you can log in to get the reward coupon code that way. You can also contact customer service at [**customersupport@claires.com**](mailto:**customersupport@claires.com) for assistance.

You will need to re-subscribe to our email list using a different email address from the one you used for your Claire's Rewards account.
