Reward Dollars are one-for-one credits you can redeem toward merchandise at Crate & Barrel, CB2, and Crate & Kids. You must be logged in to your account to earn or redeem Reward Dollars. Reward Dollars are calculated each month based on your net purchases, in $20 increments, and are added to your Crate & Barrel account after your Crate & Barrel Visa Signature® Card statement posts.

2. Complete the application form.
3. If you are approved and accept your offer, your virtual card will be provided. With this number, you can shop on your card in store or online.
4. Your new credit card will be sent to you in the mail within the next 7-10 business days.

- Can I have both a Crate & Barrel card and a CB2 card?
No. Customers are limited to one CBH credit card account across brands. If you already have a CBH credit card, you are not eligible to open a second one.
- Why can’t I see my Rewards Dollars when I log into my Crate & Barrel account?
For your security, your Rewards Dollars are linked to the email associated with your Imprint credit card account. Please log in to your Crate account using that same email to view your rewards.
If you don’t see your Rewards Dollars when logged into your Crate & Barrel account, it’s likely because the email on your Crate & Barrel account doesn’t match the one used for your Imprint account.
To fix this, contact Imprint Customer Service at [1-(888)-670-6696](tel:1-(888)-670-6696) The Imprint team can help update your Imprint email or transfer your rewards to a different email so they appear correctly in your account.
