JCPenney credit cardmembers are automatically enrolled in JCPenney Rewards and are eligible to earn CashPass Points on purchases made with their JCPenney Credit Card or JCPenney Mastercard® account. For each $1 spent on a qualifying purchase at JCPenney stores or [jcp.com](http://www.jcp.com/) using your JCPenney Credit Card or JCPenney Mastercard, you will receive 1.5 JCPenney CashPass Points, up to the point maximum (2,000) per transaction. JCPenney Mastercard® cardmembers earn Reward Points when using their Mastercard Account outside of JCPenney Stores and [jcp.com](http://www.jcp.com/), provided their JCPenney Mastercard Account is open and in good standing. Earn 1 Point for every $5 dollars in net purchases (purchases made by you or an authorized user minus returns and adjustments) everywhere Mastercard is accepted (other than JCPenney Stores and [jcp.com](http://www.jcp.com/)). Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, finance charges, and fees do not qualify for points. Amounts are calculated based upon the sum of the prior billing cycle’s Mastercard purchases less returns and includes points earned from applicable bonus offers. If you use a different payment method, you will receive 1 point for every $1 spent on a qualifying purchase up to the point maximum. Rewards apply to net card purchases (minus returns). Once you reach 200 points, you will be issued a $10 JCPenney CashPass Reward, redeemable on eligible JCPenney purchases. Your account must be in good standing when the reward points are earned, and reward certificates are issued. For qualifying purchases and exclusions and restrictions that may apply, please see the full Rewards Program Terms. \*\*A $10 JCPenney CashPass Reward (equivalent to 200 points) (CashPass) will be awarded upon enrollment in the JCPenney Rewards program with a valid email address. Your Welcome CashPass may be delivered into your new Reward Program account or via email at the sole discretion of JCPenney. The $10 JCPenney Welcome CashPass Reward is not valid on Free Same-Day Pickup orders. $10 JCPenney CashPass Reward (200 points) will be added to your Reward Program account on your Birthday (requires customer to share their Birthdate within their JCPenney Rewards account.) JCPenney CashPasses applied prior to any companywide discounts or coupons (e.g., 20% off or $10 off a purchase of $25 or more). JCPenney CashPasses must be used prior to 11:59 P.M. CT (Central Time) on the expiration date listed on each CashPass, or they will be forfeited. Discount does not apply to In-Store Services, Service Plans, Closing Store Purchases, Gift Cards, or current/prior purchases. Additionally, in Puerto Rico CashPasses do not apply to Diesel, Fossil, Kenneth Cole, Michael Kors, Rado, and Skagen Watches, Cosmetics, Gift Wrap & More, and Universal Sunglasses. CashPass may not be used for payment on account. CashPass cannot be replaced or redeemed as cash or merchandise credit if merchandise is returned. CashPass amount applied to all qualifying items on prorated basis; any refunds will be given in the prorated amount. No cash value. JCPenney may refuse, or limit the use of, any CashPass and/or return for any reason, including reoccurring disruptive behavior. REPRODUCTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
