You can send your enquiries via our [contact form](https://www.miles-and-more.com/row/en/general-information/help-and-contact.html?topic=other%2Fmessage) or by [telephoning](https://www.miles-and-more.com/row/en/general-information/help-and-contact/help/customer-service.html) the Miles & More Service Team.
### All you need to know about Travel ID
Travel ID gives you universal access to the digital channels of Lufthansa Group airlines and Miles & More. The customer profile gives you the ability to use services within the Lufthansa Group as conveniently as possible and to enjoy a travel experience tailored to your personal wishes and expectations, from your first visit to the website or app until long after your journey has ended.
### Can I have Miles and Points for flights credited retroactively?
You can have **Miles and Points for a flight** credited retroactively, providing that the flight was taken no longer than 6 months ago and that you have details such as the flight and ticket number. You can use these to apply for a retroactive credit for flights simply by filling in our [online form](https://www.miles-and-more.com/row/en/account/account-statement/retro-credit-intro.html). You won’t need to submit any documents. Do check your Miles & More account first; it can sometimes take up to 7 days from departure for automatic mileage credits for airline partners to go through. To make a credit request, you’ll need the date, flight number, route, travel class and ticket number. For some airline partners, you’ll also need your boarding pass. Once these details have been successfully verified, you’ll then receive your retroactive credit.
You can find out more about [how to apply for retroactive credits](https://www.miles-and-more.com/row/en/program/at-a-glance/mileage-request.html) on our website.
The [Miles & More app](https://app.milesandmore.com/accountStatement) makes crediting Miles and Points retroactively even easier.
1. Go to “ **More**” in the navigation bar.
2. Select “ **Credit Miles and Points**”, then select “ **Flights**”.
3. Choose one of the available options to enter your flight details.
4. Complete the appropriate fields and/or upload a photo of your boarding pass.
Please note that you can only have your own Miles and Points for flights retroactively credited. The relevant ticket must be issued to the person logged in.
### All you need to know about two-factor authentication via app
Protect your Miles & More account against unauthorised access with [two-factor authentication via app](https://www.miles-and-more.com/row/en/general-information/help-and-contact/help/2-factor-authentication.html)
### What is the service card number, and why do I need it?
Your service card number is a 15-digit number you receive when you register. For example, it may start with 9999 (without advertising consent), 9920 (without frequent flyer status), 9922 (Frequent Traveller), 222 (Senator) or 333 (HON Circle Member).
You’ll find the number in your confirmation of registration, in your Miles & More account (website/app), on your credit card (if available) and at Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS.
Each number also has a personal PIN. You can set this up when you register. If you’ve forgotten it, you can [request a new PIN](https://account.miles-and-more.com/web/row/en/pin-password-forgotten.html?client_id=agGBZmuTGwFXWzVDg8ckGKGBytemE1nS&target_state=AUTHENTICATED&target_url=https://consent.msp.miles-and-more.com/&response_type=code&redirect_uri=https://www.miles-and-more.com&scope=AUTHENTICATED%20IDENTIFIED%20urn%3Amilesandmore%3Atech%3Abackground%3Av1%3Aactive&principal_type=SERVICE_CARD_NUMBER&reduced_state=NONE).
The service card number is used to identify Miles & More members in lounges, at Worldshop, with partners and when contacting the Service Team.
If you lose it, please use the [contact form](https://www.miles-and-more.com/row/en/general-information/help-and-contact.html?topic=pin-password-login%2Frequest-service-card-number) to send us a copy of a certified document with the reference “Lost service card number”. Verification may take a few weeks, as your details will be carefully checked for security reasons.
When your status changes, only your service card number changes; your PIN stays the same.
