My Coke Rewards Loyalty ProgramTERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By reviewing these Terms andConditions, clicking "I Agree" on the registration page,and participating, you agree to the following rulesgoverning the My Coke Rewards Loyalty Program.A. Overview of the My Coke Rewards Loyalty Program
1\. My Coke Rewards Loyalty Program (the "Program") is a loyaltyprogram sponsored by The Coca-Cola Company ("Sponsor")through which individuals can collect points by purchasing andentering codes from packages marked with "My Coke Rewards"on caps, labeling or other packaging of selected Coca-ColaCompany brands ("Participating Brands") (as set forth in SectionE below), available while supplies last, or through other methodsas may be added from time to time. Individuals can then visit[www.mycokerewards.com](http://www.mycokerewards.com/)(the "Website"), or text message thecode with a text-messaging capable device to "COKE" (2653), orvisit the mobile website at mycokerewards.com/mobile to havetheir accounts credited with the points they have collected.
Participants who credit their accounts via text-messaging will becharged according to their carrier's standard text messagingrates and should contact their carrier for pricing plans anddetails. Text-messaging may not be available through all wirelesscarriers. The Coca-Cola Company, in its sole discretion, mayallow codes from other promotions, under certain limitations, tobe used in this Program from time to time.2\. Individuals may redeem their points for merchandise orservices available at the Website and at the websites of My CokeRewards Partners ("Partners").
B. Eligibility
The Program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (orthe District of Columbia) who are 13 years and older at the timeof enrollment. Some items for redemption may be available tothose of various other ages (but always older than 13 e.g. 18 or21) from time to time, as indicated in the reward description. The

Program is void where prohibited by law.1.Employees and non-employee workers of The Coca-ColaCompany, Coca-Cola Bottlers, Coca-Cola Refreshments USA,Inc., and their respective related companies, parents,subsidiaries, and affiliates may participate under the followingconditions: 1) they must enroll for the Program using theircompany email address if one was provided to them; and 2) thetotal number of points a My Coke Rewards member can redeemin the current Redemption Period is capped at 2,000.Note:Attempted violation of this rule will result in disqualification fromthe Program and is grounds for disciplinary action.
Employeesand non-employee workers of The Coca-Cola Company,Coca-Cola Bottlers, Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc.,ePrize, LLC, their respective parent companies,subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and agencies involvedin any 2011 My Coke Rewards Sweepstakes("Sweepstakes"), or 2011 My Coke Rewards Instant WinGame ("Instant Win Game"), as well as the immediatefamily (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) andhousehold members of each such person are not eligibleto participate in any Sweepstakes, Instant Win Game orContest of any kind offered by My Coke Rewards.
2\. Members of immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, andchildren) and household members of employees or non-employeeworkers of The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Bottlers, Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. and their respective relatedcompanies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents mayparticipate under the condition that the total number of pointsthat each My Coke Rewards member can redeem per Account (asdefined and subject to the limitations in Section D below) in thecurrent Redemption Period is capped at 2,000.3\. Employees of ePrize, LLC, IBM Corporation, Fair IsaacCorporation and any other agencies or companies involved in thedevelopment or execution of the Program and the immediatefamily (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and householdmembers of each such employee may not participate in theProgram.

C. Duration of Program
1\. The current phase of the Program begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on January 1, 2011 and is scheduled to end at 11:59p.m. ET on December 31, 2011 (the "Redemption Period"), butSponsor reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify,or cancel the Program, at its discretion, at any time.Codes maybe entered beginning 12:00 a.m. ET on January 1, 2011 until11:59 p.m. ET onNovember 30, 2011(the "Collection Period"),and participants will be able to redeem points at any time duringthe Redemption Period as set forth in Section Fbelow.Participants can collect points by the methods set forth inSection E below. All points collected during previous phases of the Program are carried over into the current phase as of January1, 2011, but Sponsor may expire points from previous phasesupon reasonable notice to Participant.
D. Enrolling in the Program
1\. Individuals age 13 and older who meet the eligibilityrequirements may enroll in the Program at the Website. Toenroll, click on the "Register Now" link on the top of the page andfollow the onscreen instructions to create
a My Coke RewardsAccount ("Account") (see Section D (2) below) or sign-in using anexisting email address and password from any other Coca-Colaaccount. Once participants register their existing email address inthe promotional section of the Website or register for a newAccount, they will be enrolled in the program ("Enrollees"). Thenumber of points collected by such Enrollee will be recorded andtracked in the Enrollee's Account.2\. How to Create Your My Coke Rewards Account: Once on theWebsite, individuals who do not already have an existing accounton another Coca-Cola website or My Coke Rewards account, canclick on the "Register Now" link and follow the instructions tocreate an Account. An individual must have a unique valid e-mailaddress to create an account. Limit 1 Account per person, 5Accounts per household and 10 Accounts per physical address. The person who is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address indicated when registering must provide date of birth information when registering for an Account and will be

deemed the Enrollee.
E. Collecting Points
1\. Collect points by purchasing and entering codes fromParticipating Brands and Packaging, at any time during theCollection Period, available while supplies last. ParticipatingBrands and Packaging, along with their associated point values,will be listed on the Website and updated from time totime. Codes may also be obtained through other methods asoffered from time to time, including but not limited to, scratchcards, print pieces, or check-out coupons. Locate the code on theproduct package (on the cup, under cap, inside package, etc.) orpromotional item. Go to the Website during the Collection Period(or shorter period, if indicated) and follow the links andinstructions to either register by clicking on the "Register Now"link (as set forth above) or Sign In (if you already have registered)on the top of the page. After registering/signing in, enter codesin the box where indicated at the top of the page. Onceregistered online, Enrollees may also text message codes with atext-messaging capable device to the short code "COKE" (2653)to have their Accounts credited, if they have included the phonenumber of their mobile device in their Account enrollmentprofile. Enrollees may also enter codes through their mobiledevice at mycokerewards.com/mobile. Enrollees will collectpoints for Participating Brands and Packaging during theCollection Period as indicated on the Website.Sponsor reserves the right to change the number of pointsawarded for purchases at any time during the Program. Pointscollected through other methods including but not limited to,scratch cards, codes in print, or codes on check-out coupons,may vary in value as disclosed on the promotional materialsthemselves. Bonus Points are defined as (a) points collected bymeans other than entering codes from Participating Brands or (b)points collected from codes on Participating Brands that varyfrom the amounts listed on the Website, as it may be amendedfrom time to time.2\. Individuals may enter codes via text-messaging capabledevices before actually enrolling in the Program (or prior to
