### What is the My Lenovo Rewards Program?
My Lenovo Rewards Program is Lenovo's loyalty program for Lenovo.com, Lenovo Pro, Affinity, and Lenovo Outlet customers. As a My Lenovo Rewards member, you will earn reward points up to 9% of paid purchases as well as access to special promotions & product announcements. Rewards are redeemable toward future purchases, making it one of the best rewards programs available in terms of value.
### How do I sign up for My Lenovo Rewards?
Enroll for My Lenovo Rewards for [yourself](https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/rewards/) or for [work](https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/business/benefits/) and select the opt-in for My Lenovo Rewards.
### Why haven't I received my Welcome email?
Be sure to check your junk mail. If you are still unable to locate your welcome email after 24 hours, please call our customer service team and provide the name and email registered for My Lenovo Rewards.

My Lenovo Rewards offers bonus point multiplier events such as 2x and 3x. This allows members to earn bonus points on purchases. 2x is calculated as 6%, and 3x is calculated as 9% rewards back. You will receive these points 30 days after the purchase has been shipped and invoiced.
### Will I get free expedited delivery on every purchase?
My Lenovo Rewards offers free expedited delivery on most products to members. Products can take different amounts of time for delivery based on location.

### How are points calculated?
Rewards are calculated on your subtotal before taxes, delivery and payment. Total order reward value can be viewed in cart.
### What are pending rewards?
Pending rewards, which will be a part of your rewards membership, are rewards issued but not yet redeemable. Rewards are available for redemption 30-days after the order has been invoiced and shipped. Rewards for Lenovo Pro members are available for redemption 45-days after the order has been invoiced and shipped. Rewards for Outlet orders are available for redemption 15 days after the order has been invoiced and shipped. Pending rewards can be viewed in your My Lenovo Rewards account dashboard.
### Are my rewards calculated pre or post tax?
Rewards are calculated pretax.
### How soon after my purchase will I see my rewards that I earned in my account?
Pending rewards will show in your account dashboard within 24 hours of purchase. You will not be able to use these rewards until 30 days after the order has been invoiced and shipped. The earned “My Lenovo Rewards” appear in your account once the pending period is over.
### Can I earn points for purchases made before I was a My Lenovo Rewards member?
Rewards are not retroactive and cannot be applied to orders prior to enrollment.
### What activities qualify as “earn points” activities?
My Lenovo Rewards offers a variety of different activities for members to participate in and earn points. These membership rewards activities are located in your rewards dashboard such as surveys, sweepstakes, product reviews, and more! If you have questions or concerns on how these activities work - please contact our customer service team 1-855-253-6686, option 3, available Monday - Friday 8am-9pm (EST) and Saturday - Sunday 11am-8pm (EST).
### Is there a limit to the rewards I can earn?
Yes, there is an annual limit of earning $2,000 through purchases in your My Lenovo Rewards account. Members can still shop, but after earning $2,000 in Rewards in the same calendar year, purchases will not be eligible for rewards. You can still earn more Rewards for non-purchase activities. Once the calendar year is complete, you can start earning through purchases again.
### Will I receive My Lenovo Rewards in connection with a price match?
Yes, however, you will not be eligible to receive any bonus My Lenovo Rewards being offered in association with the applicable Lenovo product pricing.
### Do I get any special rewards during my birthday?
Yes! If you added your birthday to your profile, you will earn 2X Rewards (that’s 6% rewards back on purchases) during your birthday and the next 30 days that follow.
### How does the referral rewards program work?
You will earn 50,000 points ($50) for the referral rewards program, and your referred friend will also receive 50,000 points ($50). To qualify, please follow these steps:
1\. Share your unique referral link with your friend (the link can be found in your My Lenovo Rewards dashboard in the left-hand corner under your name).
2\. Your friend must sign up to become a My Lenovo Rewards member using the link that you provided
3\. Your friend will need to make a qualifying purchase of $500 or more
4\. Please allow up to 30 days after the qualifying purchase has been invoiced and shipped for you and your friend to receive rewards
### How many referrals can I earn rewards on?
You can earn rewards for referrals up to 10 times per calendar year. That is a value of $500 per year for referring friends.
### How long does it take to earn rewards after completing a survey, poll, or quiz?
You will receive rewards immediately after you complete the "earn points" activity. If you are not able to see the points reflected in your account right away, please refresh the page. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact 1-855-253-6686 option 3.
### How long does it take to earn rewards after completing a product registration, product review or product question?
Please allow up to 10 business days for your points to be reflected in your account. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact 1-855-253-6686 option 3.
### How do I redeem my rewards on a product?
To redeem your rewards, follow these steps:
1\. Ensure you have logged in to your My Lenovo Rewards account
2\. Select the product(s) you want to purchase and add them to your cart
3\. Navigate to your cart and proceed to checkout
4\. At the payment method section, you'll see the option to redeem your available rewards. You can also select "Remove" to save your rewards for a future purchase.
5\. If you choose to redeem, the rewards will be automatically applied to your cart
6\. Rewards applied to orders will also be displayed on the in-cart order summary
### Can I pay for my order with multiple payment methods?
Yes
### What if I don't have enough Rewards to buy what I want? How do I combine other forms of payment?
Redeemable awards can be easily applied in cart at the time of checkout. Use as many or as few to pay for all or partial payment. Select the rewards in the payment field and add additional payment methods.
### Can I use my rewards to pay for my entire order?
Rewards cannot be redeemed on taxes or expedited delivery.
### Do My Lenovo Rewards expire?
Yes, rewards expire 6 months after they reach earned status. Rewards will expire at the end of the 6th month. To access your earned points status, please visit your My Lenovo Rewards dashboard. Look out for My Lenovo Rewards email notifications that include information on the status of your points.
### What if I use only a portion of the value of the Reward? What happens to the remaining value of the Reward?
Rewards not redeemed at the time of purchase will remain in your account until the 6th month expiration date. Available and expiring rewards can be viewed in your dashboard.
### If my points expire, can I get my points retroactively if I wanted to buy an item using My Lenovo Rewards but at the time the item was out of stock?
Once your rewards have expired, we are not able to retroactively adjust your points balance.
### If I return or cancel an order that I used my rewards on, how long does it take for my rewards to be returned to my account?
After your returned or canceled order has been successfully processed, your rewards points that were redeemed from the order will be automatically applied back to your account to use. If you experience any issues receiving your rewards after your order has been returned or canceled, please contact 1-855-253-6686 option 3.
### How can I confirm my return or cancellation was processed?
Please allow up to 72 hours for Lenovo to process your returned/canceled order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed. Any rewards you redeemed on that order will be returned to your account and can be used toward a future purchase.
### Am I able to redeem my Lenovo Community rewards on My Lenovo Rewards?
Yes. Points earned on any of the Lenovo Communities will be redeemable on Lenovo.com

### Where can I check my available points?
You can view your points total by hovering over your Community Profile -> Click Profile -> In the middle-left corner of the page, your lifetime total points and total points will always be there for your reference. You can also view your point balance in your My Lenovo Rewards dashboard by hovering over your profile, clicking on Profile -> View Rewards.
### Can I save and keep earning rewards to use on future purchases?
You can save up your points, but please keep in mind your points will expire within 6 months of the earn date.
### How can I redeem Lenovo Community Points?
Lenovo Community Points can be redeemed on Lenovo.com through your My Lenovo Rewards account. These points can be applied to purchases during checkout and are reflected in the order summary. Lenovo Community Points are earned by engaging in one or more of the Lenovo Communities, including Lenovo Creator Community, Lenovo Pro Community, and Lenovo Legion Community. All of these programs are free to join
### Is there a limit to how many points I can earn on Lenovo Communities?
Yes, you can earn up to 10,000 points (equivalent to $10) in My Lenovo Rewards points each month in the Lenovo Communities. Explore and engage in the community and on Lenovo.com to discover all the ways to earn points.
### Can I earn points in multiple Lenovo Communities?
Yes! However, you are limited to earning 10,000 total points monthly across the Legion Gaming Community, Lenovo Creator Community, and Lenovo Pro Community.
