# myCFNA Rewards Program1
The myCFNA Rewards Program, exclusive to CFNA
Mastercard® cardholders, allows you to earn for every dollar you spend and is designed to make using
and looking after your vehicle even more rewarding. Based on a tiered system, you can be a Passenger,
Driver, or Adventurer depending on how much you use your CFNA Mastercard®. The
program is as easy as 1-2-3 to Spend, Earn, and Save with myCFNA Rewards.

##### How do I enroll in the myCFNA Rewards Program?
To participate in the Rewards Program, you must have a Co-Brand Account with
CFNA and your Co-Brand Card must transact on the Mastercard network. A Co-Brand
Account is an account with a Co-Brand Card that can generally be used anywhere
Mastercard is accepted (U.S. only, other restrictions apply). Accounts
associated with a Private Label Card (i.e. cards that can only be used at
participating retailers) are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
### What are the tiers in the myCFNA Rewards Program?
Passenger (Tier 1) earned for net spending less than $1,250 in a calendar
year
Driver (Tier 2) earned for net spending of $1,250 - $2,499.99 in a
calendar year
Adventurer (Tier 3) earned for net spending of $2,500 or
more in a calendar year
### Why did my tier status downgrade?
Program tier will be based on Net Purchases made during a calendar year, and
status will be earned for any remaining months in the current calendar year,
plus all of the following year. We reserve the right to retroactively
correct errors made in assigning a tier status, including changes in tier
status due to purchases subsequently being disqualified as a Net Purchase.
**Example:** Upon customer making Net Purchases in excess of
$1,250 in Calendar Year 1, customer will enjoy the benefits of Tier 2
Driver for the balance of Calendar Year 1 and for the duration of Calendar
Year 2. Annual spend history will be reset to $0 at the beginning of
Calendar Year 2. To remain in Tier 2 Driver for Calendar Year 3, Net
Purchases made in Calendar Year 2 must exceed $1,250.
### Why is my Reward's Spend Activity reset to $0.00?
Annual spend history will be reset to $0 at the beginning of Calendar
Year. You'll enjoy your tier status benefits for the remainder of the
current year and duration of Calendar Year 2. To maintain your tier status
in the following Calendar Year 3, your Net Purchases made during Calendar
Year 2 must surpass $1,250 for Driver status or $2,500 for
Adventurer status.
Program tier will be based on Net Purchases made during a calendar year, and
status will be earned for any remaining months in the current calendar year,
plus all of following Calendar Year.
**Example:** Upon customer making Net Purchases in excess of
$1,250 in Calendar Year 1, customer will enjoy the benefits of Tier 2
for the balance of Calendar Year 1 and for the duration of Calendar Year 2.

### How do I earn myCFNA Points?

Points for every $1 spent
- Adventurer (Tier 3) cardholders earn 4 myCFNA Points for every
$1 spent
- Earn even more:
- 2 myCFNA Points for every dollar spent on fuel purchases and
other automotive purchases nationwide
- 1 myCFNA Point for every dollar spent wherever the
CFNA Mastercard is accepted nationwide
### Will my earned myCFNA Points be reversed if I make purchase returns or exchanges?
Points may be deducted for awards based on purchases that are subsequently
subject to a refund, credit, or dispute, which could result in a negative point
balance.
### Where can I find out how many myCFNA Points I have earned?
You can find all your rewards information, including your myCFNA Points, by
[logging into your CFNA account](https://www.cfna.com/oauth2/authorization/okta)
and viewing your myCFNA Rewards Activity.
### Is there a cap on the number of myCFNA Points I can earn or redeem?
No, there is no limit or cap to the number of myCFNA Points you can earn or
redeem.
### Do myCFNA Points expire?
Points accumulated will never expire as long as at least one purchase is made
with your card every 12 months.
### What happens if I don't make a purchase within 12 months of my last purchase?
Your total myCFNA Points balance will expire after 365 days of purchasing
inactivity on your card. As long as you make a purchase within 365 days of your
last purchase, your total myCFNA Points balance will remain active.
### If I close my account, can I still redeem myCFNA Points?
If your CFNA Mastercard account is closed, you will no longer be able
to earn myCFNA Points, and you will lose any accumulated points that have not
been redeemed as of the date the Account is closed.
### How many myCFNA Points do I need to earn in order to redeem them for a myCFNA Reward?
1,000 myCFNA Points = $10 myCFNA Rewards
### How do I convert myCFNA Points to a myCFNA Reward?
Once you reach 1,000 points, those points are automatically converted into a
$10 myCFNA Reward. That $10 reward will automatically be applied to your
CFNA Mastercard statement after your next qualifying purchase at a
[participating automotive\\
retailer](https://www.cfna.com/mycfnarewards/participating-automotive-retailers).
### What is a myCFNA Reward and where can it be used?
A myCFNA Reward is a discount off a future qualifying purchase at a
[participating automotive\\
retailer](https://www.cfna.com/mycfnarewards/participating-automotive-retailers). That discount will automatically appear on your
CFNA Mastercard statement after you make that qualifying purchase. Whether
it's tires, service, or parts, myCFNA Rewards will help you save without
printed coupons or complicated promo codes.
### What is considered a qualifying purchase?
A qualifying purchase refers to any purchase made at a participating automotive
retailer.
### How do I redeem myCFNA Rewards?
Every time you earn 1,000 MyCFNA Points, a $10 myCFNA Reward is issued and
automatically applied to your CFNA Mastercard statement
 after your next qualifying purchase at a

### Does redeeming myCFNA Points for a myCFNA Reward count towards my minimum payment due?
No, your myCFNA Reward does not count towards your minimum payment due.
### Do myCFNA Rewards expire?
If you have any active myCFNA Rewards on your account, they will expire if not
used on a qualifying purchase within six months.
### If I have $50 in myCFNA Rewards available and only make a purchase of $30, what happens to the rest of myCFNA Rewards?
Your myCFNA Rewards will all be in $10 increments. If you have $50 in
rewards available and make a $30 qualifying purchase, only $30 in
rewards will be applied to your CFNA Mastercard statement. $20 will
remain in your account and can be applied for a future qualifying purchase
within six months of the rewards issuance.
Likewise, if you have $50 in rewards available and make a
$300 qualifying purchase, all $50 will be applied to your CFNA
Mastercard statement.
### What is Points Banking?
Instead of myCFNA Points automatically converting every time 1,000 points are
earned, you choose when to convert those points into myCFNA Rewards.
### How do I enroll in to Points Banking?
Driver (Tier 2) and Adventurer (Tier 3) cardholders are eligible to enroll in to
Points Banking by logging in and going to myCFNA Rewards Activity.
### What is the benefit of Points Banking?
Points Banking gives you the power to choose when to redeem your myCFNA Rewards.
You can stack up your myCFNA Rewards and use them for a future purchase at a
[participating automotive\\
retailer](https://www.cfna.com/mycfnarewards/participating-automotive-retailers).
### How do I redeem my banked points?
When you are ready to convert your banked myCFNA Points into myCFNA Rewards, you
can log into your CFNA account and go to myCFNA Rewards Activity. myCFNA Rewards
are issued in $10 increments. If you have 3,000 points banked up and want to
convert them into $30 in myCFNA Rewards, you will be issued three $10
myCFNA Rewards.
##### Is there a fee for the program?
No, there is no annual fee associated with your CFNA Mastercard or myCFNA
Rewards.
