##### What is the DG Cash Back Program?
The DG Cash Back Program is a benefit of myDG® where customers will receive DG Cash in their DG wallet upon purchase of eligible items associated with a cash back offer. They can use this currency on future DG in-store purchases.
##### What is DG Cash?
DG Cash is the currency that customers will accumulate in their DG wallet to spend on future purchases at Dollar General.
##### Do I need a DG account to access the DG Cash Back Program?

#### Earning DG Cash
##### How do I earn DG Cash?
1. Sign in at DollarGeneral.com or on the DG mobile app
2. Search DG cash offers on the Deals page
3. Clip DG Cash offers
4. Enter your phone number (attached to your DG account) at the register
5. Eligible offers will be applied to your cart for online orders
6. DG Cash will show up in your DG Wallet within 48 hours of purchase
##### Can I earn both digital coupons and cash back offers on a single item?
Digital Coupons and Cash back offers cannot be applied to the same item at the same time. If you are purchasing an item that is eligible for a Digital Coupon and a Cash Back offer, the Digital Coupon will be applied to the price of that item. In this case you will not earn Cash Back.
##### How long does it take for my DG Cash to show up in my DG Wallet?
DG Cash can take up to 48 hours to load in wallet. After it is loaded, you can use in-store at any time.
#### Redeeming DG Cash
##### How do I redeem DG Cash?
1. To spend, open up your DG app and select DG wallet
2. Present the barcode to cashier
3. To specify a certain amount, let the cashier know how much you would like to redeem in that purchase.
4. At self checkout, select pay with gift card and select scan barcode as gift card type, scan the barcode on the shelf checkout scanner or use the handheld scanner
##### Can I redeem my DG Cash online?
DG Cash is currently only redeemable at Dollar General store locations for merchandise only.
##### Where can I check my balance?
In the DG app, in your wallet
##### When will I see the DG Cash in my wallet?
You should expect to receive your cash back within 48 hours. Your balance will show in your wallet which you can check at any time.
##### Where can I spend my DG Cash?
DG Cash is only available to be spent in-store at Dollar General
##### What can I use my DG Cash to purchase?
No alcohol, gift cards, tobacco, or gambling related items can be purchased with DG cash.
##### What is the minimum balance I need to use my DG Cash?
Anything over .05 cents

##### If I clip a cash back offer, does it expire?
Yes, the offerings on selected products will expire, but your earned cash back will not expire.
##### Can I earn & redeem DG Cash in the same purchase?
You can earn DG Cash and spend previously earned DG Cash in the same purchase. The DG Cash that you earn on a purchase will not be available to spend until it is in your DG Wallet.
##### Can I use a coupon and a cash back offer in the same purchase?
You can use digital coupons and DG Cash offers on the same purchase but not on the same items. If you have clipped a digital coupon and a DG Cash offer for the same item, the digital coupon will be applied at check out and you will not receive DG Cash.
