### How do I earn Gold and Silver rewards?
Cardmembers earn 5% back in Gold rewards1 on qualified purchases with their Key Rewards Visa across eight brands (the highest level of rewards and benefits).
Members can join for free and earn 2% back in Silver rewards on qualified purchases across our brands.
### Can I earn Gold and Silver rewards on the same purchase?
You will earn either 5% back in Gold rewards as a cardmember1 or 2% back in Silver rewards as a memberon a transaction, not both.
### When will purchases be added to my account?
Your account balance will be updated 48 hours after purchase or shipment.
### When will I receive my Silver Rewards?
30 days after earning $10 or more, a reward code will be sent to your inbox and displayed on your Key Rewards dashboard on our brand websites.
### Where can I use my Key Rewards Visa?
The Williams Sonoma Key Rewards Visa can be used across eight brands and anywhere else that Visa is accepted.
¹New cardmembers earn 10% back in rewards for Net Eligible purchases made at Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, West Elm, Rejuvenation and Mark & Graham (excludes GreenRow) during the first 30 days from account opening, 5% thereafter. Some approved customers will not be eligible to make same-day purchases, for example, if they do not timely complete any required authentication process and/or their applications present fraud concerns. Customers who are not eligible for a virtual card will not be able to make a purchase until their card arrives in the mail.
²Visa cardmembers earn 4% back in rewards on Net Eligible purchases made at grocery stores, food delivery services, and restaurants. Grocery purchases made at gas stations, convenience stores, warehouse clubs, discount stores, and super stores (or at grocery stores associated with discount or super stores) will earn 1% back in rewards. Earnings will be applied based on the merchant category code used by the merchant who reports a transaction. Merchants determine their merchant category code with their acquirer, which could impact the qualified rewards earn. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Capital One are not responsible for merchant category codes used by merchants.
³Visa cardmembers earn 1% back in rewards on Net Eligible purchases made anywhere Visa is accepted. Earnings will be applied based on the merchant category code used by the merchant who reports a transaction. Merchants determine their merchant category code with their acquirer, which could impact the qualified rewards earn. Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Capital One are not responsible for merchant category codes used by merchants.
⁴Any purchase of $0.01 or more made with a Key Rewards Visa in-store or online at a participating Williams-Sonoma, Inc. brand qualifies for free standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states. For the avoidance of doubt, free shipping is not available if you use your Rewards to purchase your entire order. Please note that free shipping is only offered where you pay directly with your Key Rewards Visa as the initial payment method in the transaction. Free shipping is not available if payment is made using digital wallets, such as Apple Pay, Google Wallet, or Samsung Pay, or if payment is made through third party payment solutions, such as PayPal.
⁵Promotional financing available on qualifying purchases of $750 or more, excluding shipping and tax, made on an approved Pottery Barn Key Rewards, Williams Sonoma Key Rewards, West Elm Key Rewards or The Key Rewards Visa, issued by Capital One, N.A. Your account must be open and current to be eligible for this offer. For eligible purchases, the purchase amount is divided into 12 equal monthly payments and will be assessed zero interest effective for 12 months or until the purchase is paid in full. This special equal payment term will be added to your normal minimum payment due on non-promotional Credit Plans. If you do not make the equal payments under the program and the purchase is not paid in full after 12 months, the standard variable purchase APR of 29.24% will apply to your remaining program balance. ⁶A $25 Birthday rewards certificate will be issued during your birthday month and will be available through your Williams-Sonoma, Inc. account. To be eligible, your account must (1) have a valid email address and U.S. Mailing address on file, (2) be open and current at the time the reward is to be given and (3) you must make a purchase in the 12 months before your birthday month. New accounts opened during your birthday month are not eligible for a Birthday reward until your birthday month the next calendar year. Only one birthday certificate will be awarded in a 12-month period, and must be redeemed within 30 days following issuance.
